With technological development and social progress, especially the popularity of a wide range of computer, computer applications gradually from large-scale scientific computing of massive data processing to large-scale transaction processing and workflow management, which resulted in the desktop computer the core, database management system for the development of environmental management information system in large-scale transaction processing and workflow management, and applications, especially among the members of the application of information management is increasingly receiving attention.
