模具设计-轴封端盖落料翻边复合模设计

摘 要
本设计阐述了制造“轴封端盖”的复合模的设计。先通过分析,对比以确定设计方案,再通过计算出总压力以选出压力机。根据凹模周界尺寸选出压力机和与其相关的结构零件。设计本次的模具以满足大批量生产的要求,采用镶块式结构以避免修模。本套模具提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度,降低了生产成本。

ABSTRACT
 
This design elaborated the manufacture "the axis seals the end cover" compound
mold design. First through the analysis, the contrast determined the design
proposal, then through calculates the general pressure to select the press.
Selects the press according to the concave mold border size and the
constructional detail which if is connected. Designs this mold to satisfy the
mass production the request, uses inlays the block type structure to avoid
repairing the mold. This set of molds enhanced the production efficiency,
reduced the worker labor intensity, reduced the production cost
.

size, inlays the block type. Repairs the mold.
